Response timelines
We respond within 45 days for CCPA requests and within 30 days for GDPR requests. We'll tell you if we need an extension permitted by law.
Identity verification
To protect your data, we verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may contact you to confirm ownership of the account or, for authorized agents, proof of authorization.
