Exporting and deleting your data

How to download a copy of everything we have on you, and how to permanently delete your account.

You own your data. PeakWorth gives you two self-serve controls, both under Profile → Account → Data & Privacy.

Export

Click Export my data. We generate a ZIP of your accounts, balances, transactions, goals, scenarios, and AI conversation history and email you a download link. The link is valid for 7 days.

Delete

Click Delete my account. We immediately revoke every Plaid token, cancel any active subscription, and queue your data for hard deletion within 30 days (the delay is a safety window in case the click was accidental — email support@peakworth.com from your account address to undo within that window).

What we keep after deletion

Only what we are legally required to: anonymised billing records for tax purposes (no email, no name — just the charge metadata Stripe requires). Everything else, including your AI advisor conversation history, is gone.
